Ingredients
3 Bell Peppers
300 gr. of ground beef
1 can of mixed vegetables
1 cup of tomato puree
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
20 gr. of shredded cheese
Cilantro or Parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F°.
2. With olive oil, fry the onion, garlic and after a few minutes add the ground beef. Once cooked, add the tomato puree, the canned vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place the peppers cut side-up them on a cooking pan.
4. Fill the peppers with the ground beef and vegetables.
5. Grate some cheese on top and cook until the peppers are tender (about 30 minutes).
6. Garnish with Cilantro or Parsley.
7. Serve and Enjoy!
