1 lime Juice
1 tbsp. Sesame oil
Grated fresh ginger, 1 tsp.
1/2 tsp. Soy sauce
125 g Rice (brown or white)
Sweet Chili sauce
- Cut the salmon in cubes and keep it on a bowl.
- Add the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger to the salmon. Mix all the ingredients and let them marinate for a few minutes.
- Serve the rice, the cucumber, avocado and the salmon.
- Add chives, sesame and the sweet chili sauce to taste.
- Serve and enjoy.
