Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups of sugar

1 pinch of baking soda

1 pinch of ground pepper
1 piece of pumpkin
1 cup of water
2 eggs
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
100 grams of chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
1. Grease the mold with butter and preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
2. Cook the pumpkin with water for about 30 minutes.
3. Mix the sugar, salt baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and ground pepper in a bowl very well integrated and reserve.
4. In another bowl mix the water, eggs, vanilla, oil and the previously cooked pumpkin. Finally add the chopped walnuts and the powder mixture until they are integrated.
5. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and bake for 60 minutes or until fluffy.
