Ingredients
1 cup of wheat flour
80 grams of butter
1 1/2 tablespoons icing sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the flour with the icing sugar and the butter.
2. Add 1 egg yolk and milk without working the dough too much. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
3. Blend all the remaining ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator.
5. Put the dough in a pie mold covering the entire surface. With a fork, press along the entire edge. Pour the filling and cover with aluminum foil.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy.
